For those of my friends who were disappointed that I would no longer be posting on this blog, I've decided to continue the Tiny Farmhouse blog which is associated with my Etsy shop and also once renovated will be my new Airbnb. Thank you to all who sent sympathy cards. I only wish my mom could see the renovation of the farmhouse, she would have enjoyed it. We actually have started the demolition. I have been trying to get to Philadelphia to work with my brother on my mom's house and personal things, but these storms have been keeping me home. This week looks like it may be clear, but cold, so I will make the journey home, and once back will start to post the full renovation of the farmhouse at www.mytinyfarmhouse.blogspot.com
I may also post here from time to time if it is something I would like to have a memory of, like Christmas. It's always a help to look back at how I decorated or cards I sent, wrappings I used. Just a way to have nice memories all in one place.
I think you will enjoy the transformation of the farmhouse, I have so many ideas for it. Tomorrow I will be antiquing and looking for a piece to put the kitchen sink in and antique knobs, looking for old stained glass windows replacing the roof vents. It will be fun and will take my mind off all the loss I've had this year.
